Though the mother and son were happy to be reunited, Jason discovered the truth about her - Sheila had a secret criminal record, which the Joker was using to blackmail her to commit crimes in Ethiopia. With the conspiracy plot averted, Jason and Bruce worked together to try and find Jason's real mother.Įventually, the duo located her in Ethiopia.
